Intosso is a dual-purpose olive variety native to the territory of Casoli and Palombaro (CH). Monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil Intosso is characterized by an intense fruity aroma of grass and fresh artichoke. In the mouth, it shows power and depth with hints of walnut and tomato, with a pleasant spiciness reminiscent of green pepper. These strong notes are due to the presence of antioxidant polyphenols with beneficial and protective properties.
