Since 1971, a Story of Sharing and Passion
L’Olivicola Casolana was founded in 1971 in Casoli (Ch) with the aim of commercializing table olives of the intosso variety. In 1986, the company expanded its operations with the installation of a social mill to produce extra virgin olive oil. Today, L’Olivicola Casolana products are available throughout Italy on GDO shelves, as well as in England, Denmark, Germany, Canada, and the USA.
In addition to producing EVO oil and table olives, L’Olivicola Casolana promotes the value of local olive-growing traditions. It organizes guided tours and educational activities to raise awareness among the public about quality oil and the importance of olive cultivation.
Another commitment is towards the circularity of the production cycle; for each processing phase, there are no wastes, only by-products that find new life in other production cycles, ensuring sustainability to the ecosystem. The olive pits are destined for natural fuel, while the vegetation water is used for the fertigation of the members' lands.
